What is an escape room?
An Escape Room is an interactive, live action puzzle. Participants are placed in a room, and using only their problems solving skills, have 60 minutes to figure out all the clues and solve the mystery.
Am i actually locked in a room?
No. The doors to the experiences are never locked, and you can leave at any time.
is there a minimum age limit?
Some of the puzzles may be difficult for younger children, but can still be enjoyed by all to create a great family bonding experience.
Puzzles will be most enjoyed by ages 10+.
Tickets may be purchased for children of any age, however we suggest that only children 10 years old and older participate due to complexity of puzzles, however parents can make that decision based on their children. We ask that players younger than 14 years old be accompanied by an adult.
At least one individual at least 18 years of age must be present.
For children under 10, consider our Ninja or Laser Bots VR experience.

does my experience need to be booked ahead of time?
Yes. Occasionally we have room for walk-in groups but more often than not we do not have the availability. Please make an appointment ahead of time on our website or by calling our office, to ensure you are able to play when you show up.
What is free roam vr?
Free Roam Virtual Reality (VR) refers to a type of virtual reality experience where participants can move around freely in a physical space while wearing VR headsets and interact with the virtual environment. This experience typically involves a group of participants sharing a large, open area where they can explore, interact, and engage with the VR world as a team.
what is your refund/cancel policy?
If you can not make a booking and notify us within 24 hours we are happy to reschedule your reservation. If you do not show there are no refunds.
how long is each escape experience?
Each experience length is driven by the capabilities of your team members. Most teams complete experiences in 45-60 minutes. Experience time is capped at 60 minutes.
i get motion sickness or have gotten sick from vr in the past, can i participate in the vr games?
Most likely yes! Our games are graphically solid and the technology behind them is compared to none. The games are both visually and physically immersive. The usual cause of motion (VR) sickness is a disconnect between what the body experiences physically and what the body experiences visually. That said, if you have a history of motion sickness, entering a new reality that your body and eyes are not used to may cause virtual reality sickness (motion). But the games are designed in such a way that, your body should not experience motion sickness. If for some reason you do feel sick, we recommend to take off your headsets for a minute or two, to get rid of any symptoms. Participants can leave the game anytime.
i have a balance problem or need a cane to walk, can i still participate in the vr escape rooms?
If you need to balance yourself on walls or objects as you walk or stand, or if you need a cane to assist with walking or standing, we do not recommend our VR escape rooms. Instead, consider one of our physical escape rooms where you'll be able to use your cane and balance easier.
are your rooms wheel chair accessible?
Our facilities are located in a basement. There are two flights of stairs (approximately 6 steps each) with a landing in the middle. There are railings on both sides of the stairs. If you are able to walk this and someone can assist with the wheelchair, you can play in the VR Rooms as well as the Saloon Room. The Island Room is not Wheel Chair Accessible at this time.
how are the room sanitized?
Objects which are touched (such as VR Headsets and puzzles in physical rooms) are wiped down with disinfecting and cleaning wipes between each use.
are experiences public or private?
All bookings are private, meaning it will be only you and whomever is with you in your experience. We never mix parties.
Where do I park?
All parking is free. There is limited public on-street parking in front of our building and ample parking in the rear in the parking lot. Feel free to park wherever is most convenient and then follow signs on the doors and stairways to find us.
how does free roam virtual reality work?
Unlike traditional Virtual Reality experiences that confine you to a chair or single location, our Free Roam VR lets you move freely within a room, interacting with objects and fellow players for a truly immersive adventure. This synchronization of physical movement and visual input also helps eliminate common VR motion sickness.
